Leadership Development Institute
Each year, the 21st Century Education Foundation and Anne Arundel County Public Schools (AACPS) offers AACPS employees the unique opportunity to participate in the Leadership Development Institute (LDI). This year-long professional development program engages participants in monthly sessions to cultivate collaborative leaders and enhance partnerships between the school system and business sector. We are getting ready to launch our seventh year of LDI! Since 2010, the LDI has graduated over 120 students. This cohort of LDI graduates are doing great things throughout AACPS to better serve our students and community.
